XRoads Networks warrants every EdgeXOS product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period that applies to the particular XRoads product you have purchased. The EdgeXOS product comes with a one year limited warranty which can be extended up to three years (and beyond with our hardware replacement program) with any concurrently active support contract. One can also add enhanced warranty protection with our spare-in-the-air program. This limited hardware warranty provides for a one time replacement of the hardware if a failure occurs under normal operating conditions within the warranty period. This warranty does not include any shipping charges 90-days after purchase.
XRoads Networks guarantees that every product will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship when used within the limits set forth in the specifications section of the User Guide(s) during the warranty period. The warranty is non-transferable outside of our sales chain. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, call XRoads Networks Technical Support in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. When returning a product, mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original proof of purchase. RETURN REQUESTS CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE. Customers shall be held responsible for shipping and handling charges.
This extension of the limited warranty includes advanace replacement, coverage of NIC's and power supplies and overnight replacement within the US, or first available spare-in-the-air replacement internationally. In the event that an EdgeXOS device does suffer from some type of critical failure, XRoads Networks will ship out a replacement unit within the same day that it is notified of such a failure. Shipping is provided via FedEx overnight to ensure the fastest possible restoration of service. The customer is then responsible for sending the failed unit back to XRoads Networks for diagnostics and failure determination. If it is found that the failure is due to a defect in the material or workmanship, there is no charge for the replacement unit. Limited to one overnight replacement per unit / per sales agreement. The overnight spare-in-the-air portion of our extended warranty is only available to customers in the United States at this time, unless otherwise provided through an international partner. If spare-in-the-air is utilized for an appliance then it can not be used again for the life of the sales agreement which is associated with the initial or subsequent appliance(s) and would not apply to any future warranty extensions.
