ZeroOutages SDN (Software Defined Networking) services ensure that enterprise customers not only have seamless failover for their mission critical applications, but also enjoy next generation security to assist in preventing malware and ransomware attacks.
The ORION Enterprise service includes our FlexSTREAM service to provide customers from malicious downloads and block content which may contain ransomware. The cloud service scans HTTP/HTTPS content before it can be downloaded by end-users and thus protects against such content from getting in to the corporate network.
Advanced intrusion detection and prevention services are built-in to ZeroOutages Enterprise solutions. When threats are detected, they can be easily tested by our SOC (Security Operations Center) before they even touch our customers network.
Ensure uptime for mission critical applications like VoIP and UCaaS with ZeroOutages virtual IP SD-WAN services. The virtual IP is assigned via ZeroOutages data center and will be used across each of the customers ISP links, so no matter which circuit is used, traffic comes from same IP address. This ensures seamless failover and redundancy for the enterprise.
The Enterprise cloud service is fully redundant within the cloud, every aspect of the security service is fully redundant. This typically can not be said for most security solutions. ZeroOutages Enterprise solution supports geographic redundancy.
ZeroOutages global infrastructure means that we can deploy the ORION Enterprise service in the local region as our customer. This translates to lower latency and improved performance. This local reach is an advantage over other cloud security services which have only a single or dual gateway network, click here to learn more.
The following are some of the specific features found within the ORION Enterprise service.
The ORION secure cloud incorporates deep learning AI which enables advanced protection for ORION Enterprise customers. The ORION Enterprise service delivers enterprise class protection that are cost effective and comprehensive.
The ORION Enterprise service detects and blocks malware and ransomware from infecting our customers networks. When paired with our endpoint protection, users can ensure syncronized end-to-end protection.
When specific HTTPS traffic is directed through the Enterprise FlexSTREAM service it can inspect the content within those download requests. This inspection requires no special changes to user configurations.
The ORION Enterprise service can route traffic based on application and content type. Customers can choose how they wish to route this trafifc, or maintain the recommended configuration.
The ORION Enterprise service has two content filtering options for customers to choose from depending on how traffic is being routed, this includes our DNS-based filter, and the ORION cloud content filter. Both options are available with ORION.
Each ORION Enterprise service is a co-managed deployment. This means that the ZeroOutages SOC (Security Operations Center) will assist with any new deployment or change request, but that the customer has full access to their cloud service so they can make direct changes as needed.
ZeroOutages patented intelligent routing technology incorporates the automatic detection of network connection, deep path link testing, and the dynamic selection of routes based on the best performing path. The ZeroOutages team pioneered these capabilities over 15 years ago.
ZeroOutages multi-WAN dynamic shaping is unique and ensures that our customers mission critical application traffic always has the bandwidth they need to keep end-users productive. Out-of-the-box the ZeroOutages appliance will ensure quality of service (QoS) for our customer's top applications.
ZeroOutages will continuously monitor cloud-based applications in order to ensure that there are no network related issues with those applications. If an issue is detected the IT administrator will be alerted via email and our support team will automatically take corrective actions.
Unsurpassed network usage collection and continuous telemetry from the ZeroOutages appliance back to the ZOOM portal gives our customers detailed insight in to how their network connections are being used, who is using them, and when they are being used. Data is collected and stored for up to a year.
Each ZeroOutages appliance is configured for DHCP mode, however through our deployment process IT administrators can provide static IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF) and other specific settings which they wish to have implemented. All of these parameters can be configured prior to final deployment, making the installation process quick and easy.
The ZeroOutages appliance has a full set of network security capabilities including a packet-level stateful inspection firewall. The cloud security functionality includes intrusion detection and prevention, cloud-based content filtering, and is application aware. Administrators have the option of enabling or disabling these features.
